做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
