做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
