做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
