做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
