做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
