做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
