做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
