做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
