做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
