做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
