做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
