做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调(diào )味即(jí )可品尝。 -
