做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
