做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍(pāi )裂一小块(kuài )姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在(zài )锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
