做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
