做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
