做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
