做(zuò )法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅(guō ),用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
