做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮(huái )山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
