做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
