做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
