做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
