做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
