做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
