做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
