做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
