做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其(qí )他材料(liào ),武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
