做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
