做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
