做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
