做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
