做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的(de )鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
