做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下(xià )盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
