做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
