做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软(ruǎn ),拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
