做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
