做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
