做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一(yī )个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
