做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
