做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净(jìng )淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
