做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
