做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
