做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
