做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
