做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
