做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
