做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
