做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
