做法:洗净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
