做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
